advice plzzz

I don't know if this is in the right group but anytime I have a bath and I'm drying my self my skin 'rubs off' I can't explain it but you know when you rub pencil off paper and you get the little rubber dust things afterwards well that's what happens to my skin, I don't know if it's normal or not can someone either tell me what it is or if it happens to then please xx
