taking a pregnancy test...

My fiancé and I have used protection (condoms) all the times we've been together since after baby BUT I've had so many of the same symptoms that I had when I got pregnant with my first baby last year.. I've decided to take a pregnancy test just to be sure.. turns out I'm taking the same day a year later I found out I was pregnant with my first..I'm nervous..and this definitely wasn't planned..but we'll see what happens. Everything happens for a reason..
