birth control is ruining my life 😞

So birth control doesn't agree with me first I was on the implant everything seemed fine then for a random reason I had 5 months of periods, then I got it took out after them months going back and forth to the doctors, I then went on the pill and after 3 months of taking that I've started it all over again I only came off my last period 9th and it start again on the 18th 😔 I'm sick of it for the last few weeks I've felt great but now am feeling the way I did the last time down, family members telling me I look thin  even customers at work picked it up I always get comments like you've lost weight again haven't you, weren't you a bit fatter last week,
