skin issue on my leg..
I've had this for quite some time time. as you can see, it's pretty scabby looking and when I touch it it feels like sandpaper there... if I itch, it bleeds... it's really rough/dry and it's been there at least 6 months or so... it's really bothering me. 
Any idea what this can be and how I can get rid of it??
