Femme Tab 20

I've recently just gone onto the pill again after being off for 1 year and over the weekend I forgot to take it as I wasn't home and didn't have it on me. Now today I'm bleeding but I'm not due my period for another 2 weeks. It's not spotting but it isn't a full flow either? Is this a natural thing to happen cause I've never had it happen before?
