Pineapple induction?

I'm over 3cm dilated, 80% effaced and pretty miserable right now. Did any momma's go into labor from eating pineapple or did it help you dilate? I know it has to be fresh, is a precut pineapple in the container still considered fresh? Thank you.

I was a week overdue. So I ate a whole pineapple in the am, felt nothing then drank castor oil in the pm, and about 4 hours later went in to labor. Labor for 11 hours, 2 hours pushing and my little man was here. So i don't know if it was pineapple, or castor oil but something worked.

You have to eat 7 whole, fresh pineapples for it to work.

I tried to eat a whole pineapple, but it made my acid reflux soooo bad I had to stop. It didn't help any either...

Pineapplea did nothing for me nor did raspberry leaf tea 
I took a warm bath did squats bounced on a yoga ball and climbed stairs it was exhausting but helped me so much.!

I ate 2 fresh pineapple and it gave me some contractions right away but didn't put me in labor lol. Just burned my lips 😂 I did go from 3cm to 4 though so it was good for something

From what I understand,it has to be the core, but I have never tried it.
