Tracking ovulation by cervix and CM
I've been tracking my CM for the past two months, and here recently I started tracking my Cervical Position as well . Over the weekend I had very watery discharge and my cervix was high , today my cervix is low , firm , and closed. Does that mean I've already ovulated ? Today my mucus is white and stretchy .
