Anyone with PCOS who conceived without IUI or IVF?

I was diagnosed in March with PCOS, my fiancé and I are trying to get pregnant. I am on Metformin, and I have a doctors appointment to continue discussing options. I have heard that Metformin is the silver bullet for PCOS, and I just want to give myself the best chance of getting pregnant and it not ending in a miscarriage.  What helped you get your BFP and your success stories would be encouraging too!
