BC issues??!!

Okay, super confused with my cycle lately. I had my period on the last week of November, but all through December I've been spotting to full out period bleeding. My first period lasted 5 days, then about a week later I started bleeding again week later it stopped, and now I'm bleeding again. I'm curious as to what is happening because I'm begfining to get a little annoyed now. This Birth Control was phenomenal, now on the fourth month and I'm getting fed up!! I have  had sex unprotected one or twice but he never finished inside me as he would put a condom on when he was getting close. I had sex earlier and he hit it had and I felt a sharp pain?? Could this bleeding be from this. Tia!!
