Snapchat sexting gone WRONG

My boyfriend asked me for some pictures for his birthday, so I sent him a few. Well, the last one I went to send, I sent to my step mom. It was me grinning like an idiot and just my left boob showing. After I realized I sent it to her, I immediately apologized and come up with the best save ever. I told her I sent it to my mom too and that my scars from where I had cancer was gone and I was so exited I had to show her. I proceeded to tell her I was using this scar fading cream and that I was getting a tattoo on my birthday to represent it. The scar is almost gone and I am getting the tattoo, but oh my lord I could've died of embarrassment. Of course she knew what I was doing, I just needed an excuse. How am I going to be able to face her??? 😭😭😭😳😶😱
