Stay on top of your cleaning routine. I've had an ugly bump next to my nose piercing for a couple of weeks and it's starting to go down. Anyone I've asked about it has advised to keep cleaning, so I'm passing that advice to you. If it doesn't hurt or anything, I doubt it is infected

clean with soap and water, don't try to pop it or move your piercing. if you're worried about infection or just want answers you can always go back to your piercer !! I encourage that
