A little bit of help for a FTM.

I'm currently 32 weeks 6 days. So I've been having contractions since about 30 weeks. I've been checked multiple times and no dilation as of the last time. They tell me unless I'm dilating there is nothing they can do. They've been getting more intense by the day. Right now they're debilitating and I'm having a hard time focusing to write this. Anyone have any HELPFUL advice as to what I should do?
