Anterior placenta?

Question

Anyone else have an anterior placenta and still feels lots of strong regular movements? I've been reading lots online that most women don't feel much movement all throughout pregnancy and it really makes me sad. I've been feeling frequent movement for the past week but I'm nervous they won't get stronger if you get what I mean. Anyways some info would be great! Thank you

I have an anterior placenta, am 24 weeks tomorrow and have been feeling regular kicks/movement since 16 weeks. I was told I wouldn't feel much either, by doctors and by women on boards like this, but every week the movements have just been getting more frequent and a lot stronger. Such an incredible feeling!! My husband and I have also been able to feel and see movement from the outside since about 21 weeks (:

How far along are you? I'm almost 29 weeks and have an anterior placenta. Just in the last week I feel more movements instead of just flutters or little jabs. I can tell when she is moving versus kicking. The bigger they get the stronger they are and you can definitely feel the movements through the placenta. Maybe not as strong as moms who don't have an anterior placenta, but mine still feel pretty strong to me.

I have an anterior placenta this time around with my daughter and can definitely tell the difference between my son who was the opposite as her. His kicks were very strong and regular while my daughters have been kind of strong but very infrequent. I also felt kicks with my son as early as 14 weeks and did not feel kicks with my daughter until about 21 weeks. Sadly my placenta being anterior has made a huge difference in movement and has caused sciatica for me. The back pain is unbearable. It's different for every woman though so don't expect to feel less movement or more pain.

I've had anterior placenta with both my babies .. felt first movements at 17 week with daughter and all way through no issue .. hubby felt her move at 20 weeks ... this pregnancy felt movements from 15 weeks!!! And hubby felt kicks at 18 weeks .. and my god you can feel him/her move!!
