Gaining weight while breastfeeding
Hi guys so before I got pregnant I was 140 lbs and after the first trimester I was 110. I was so sick. I got up to 122 and then after baby I dropped down to 111. I want to be back to 140 but breast feeding is making me lose so much. Any advice? Anythjng I can take
