who else's 6 month does not sleep at night!' 😬

My daughter is either up making noises or cry sounds like every 2 hours. Any help with getting her to sleep through the night?? I've tried waking her up early and all! No luck 😩😞 so exhausted!! She only slept like 6-8 hours for like 2 weeks when she was 3 months old and since then no luck!!!

We have a pretty strict schedule and routine that I've started pretty much since she was 3 months. We follow a babywise schedule bedtime is 7 and we are up at 7. At 6-6:30 we do bathtime then nurse then read a book, I turn the light off sing one song and lay her in her crib awake and she falls right to sleep, sleeps usually until 7 but sometimes wakes up at 4-5 to eat then back down. Anyways we did CIO, I understand this is controversial among moms but I also know my baby and did not let her feel abonded nor scream her head off to the point of coughing/choking etc. however she did cry and it was hard especially because I knew I could calm her easily but I stuck with it and it took 2 days but now she is a dream sleeper. There are many methods on sleep training so maybe do some research to find what works for you, I do however think sleep training is necessary for a good sleeper, just my opinion!

Had exactly the same issue until 2 days ago... I got so desperate I did the CIO and it worked... it's hard and I thought I wouldn't be able to endure... but she only fussed for 30' and slept "like a baby" all night!!

I was just getting on here to say the same thing! My son will go to sleep fairly easily, but will not sleep longer than about 3 hours  at a time. Since he was a newborn I have worked on getting him to go to sleep on his own, so that isn't the problem, I just can't get him to stay asleep overnight. He wakes up at least 2-3 times to feed, sometimes more. His crib is still in my bedroom and I think that might be the problem. My husband and I are working on a schedule to hopefully get him back on track. He was a great sleeper until about 4 months old, and then a tooth came through, he got the flu, I don't know what happened, and then another cold. I just want 6 uninterrupted hours of sleep.  Everything I keep reading about sleep training is about getting them to go to sleep, so it isn't helpful. The only other things I have read talk about implementing strict feeding/napping schedules.

:.raises hand.: ......my LO use to sleep 10-11 hours a night at 3.5 months. She got there all on her own. No sleep training or anything. Then 3 days later she got a cold passed on from her dad and woke every hour for a few nights to feed. She is 6 months now and does t sleep more than 3-4 hours straight and then waking every 1 to 2 hours to feed......👀 I was losing my mind, but I came to terms that I was never going  to sleep again. I'm also 9 weeks pregnant with twins (and bad nausea) I feel your pain, believe me I do. Be strong!

My sons been the same. We're breastfeeding and he's teething. It seems like once his first tooth popped through he went back to only waking twice a night but now it's every 2 hours again 😿

My daughter did this the last three nights. Wakes every 2 hours and won't go back down. I think it's helping not letting her fall asleep on me. I put her down half asleep in her crib and then pat her back till she falls asleep. I tried crying it out method and gave up after 30 mins. Also looking for advice.
