Boyfriend hates condoms

So my boyfriend isn't a fan of wearing condoms, but he wears it anyway because it puts less stress on us and it's safer. But I feel like he can't orgasm and doesn't enjoy it as much with a condom on. He doesn't complain about it hardly. But I just feel like it's harder for me to get him turned on with a condom but I really don't wanna have sex without one. Is there anything that can help me get him to enjoy it more with a condom??
