Not hungry at all. Anyone else?

Question

So basically since I've become pregnant (10 weeks now), I'm hardly hungry at all. Nothing looks appealing and I just don't want to eat. If someone else mentioned something or I try sometime I will occasionally be like ooo I like! But 95% of the time I just don't want to eat at all.

Obviously I have to for the baby, so I've been eating whatever I can tolerate.  I'm just curious if anyone else has experienced this?

All of my other symptoms are normal and my doctor didn't seem alarmed.

Yesss. My issue has not only been I'm really not hungry, but if I do get hungry everything just sounds awful and I don't want to eat it. Then if I actually do eat something it tastes awful and I have a few bites and that's it. Hoping this goes away soon!

Ha! I have the opposite problem. I am so hungry. I even ate my lunch at 930 today and had to go out and buy something else at actual lunch time haha.

Ugh I've been starving on and off but even when I do feel like I can eat, it's so hard to pick something that sounds good. I'm so turned off with all the things I used to love. Only a couple more weeks until this hopefully subsides. 😩

Yes I experienced that for awhile. And it's hard to force yourself to eat. Just be sure to stay hydrated. Even if you have a hard time eating at least take your prenatals and drink plenty of water. You're appetite will come back it just takes time.

Yes i wanted NOTHING. Choked down saltines. I'll be 12 weeks tomorrow and yesterday and today I've noticed I've been eating better. Hang in there!

good aversions are totally normal! today for example all I could eat was toast and pickled beets...wierd I know! forced myself to eat pasta for supper but regretting it lol

You're definitely not alone. I'm 10 weeks and i have to make myself eat something. I'm not nauseous or anything, I'm just not hungry! The doctor said it's fine and that it will pass. Hang in there! Personally I'm just happy I'm not having morning sickness

I get super hungry but can't ever find anything to eat that my stomach and mind both agree on. I've been having food aversions for a while now. Lost almost 10 lbs my first 2 months pregnant. 
Then there will be times when I KNOW what I want and sometimes that will be exactly what makes me throw up. 🤢

I was the same! I'm almost at 12 weeks now and only starting to tolerate more food.
I had no morning sickness at all, just strong food aversions! Lost 7 lbs between week 8 and week 10 alone. I've been told this is quite normal at first!
