Why me!

Omg I am so stressed out and depressed! I don't kno what to do anymore. Lately almost every time after sex with my fiance I would bleed it is so frustrating . Also my cycle is so irregular I have been bleeding since dec 1st, it stopped on the 16th and now it looks like this son of a bitch is back. Man it's bothering me so much...to the point I am getting insecure and worried that my fiance might go elsewhere. Is anyone going through this? Of the answer would be go to the doctor, but I got no insurance and I am sure they are gonna run tons of test which I can't afford.
