Sensitive skin

My daughter is 10 months old & she's starting to develop really sensitive skin!! Both her dad & I both have sensitive skin so it was bound to happen. She often gets butt rashes even though I change her very frequently and her legs break out in a rash and she itches them until they bleed.

I'm doing everything I can to keep her skin from drying out but I'm looking for suggestions to help keep her skin healthy and moisturized! Any products you used on your little ones that helped a lot?? Not just butt creams but also body lotions. Not sure what to do for this poor girl!
