Worried :(

Am 5 weeks 3 days today ..while i was at work i felt my underwear a little wet at first i thought it was my regular discharge when i went to the bathroom to check i realized it was blood so i asked to go home to lay down bleeding as decrease i have no pain whatsoever but am worry i might misscarry ..tomorrow is my first prenatal visit lets see what they tell me hopefully is nothing bad since i haved had to misscarriages already 😔
