Shoulder pain!!

Natasha • Wife to my best friend. Crunchy mama of a 3 year old boy, Judah. 2 babies in Heaven, one on the way, due March, 2021.
I'm 7 weeks 3 days and I'm having bad right shoulder pain. I've already had an ultrasound, ruling out an ectopic pregnancy. Any thought/similar experiences?
