texting guys before 8am

So I've been with my boyfriend for two years now and we just got out first place together in December. He's usually busy going to school trying to become a doctor, while I work full time. Before we even moved into our place we had a fight about his female friend texting inappropriate texts she said: wish we were cuddling... I got up to get ready for work and checked his phone to see what time it was and saw that we got into a big fight after that and he reassured me it was nothing and that she just lost her dad and was feeling lonely and he told her about me. I trust him and know he would never cheat (we've both been cheated on so we know how it feels) I just don't trust her!!!! This morning I wake up and again checked the time and saw she texted him good morning at 7:50am isn't that inappropriate to text someone's else man that early? Isn't it true that when you text someone that early it usually means there's some feelings for that person? Ladies how would you feel? Am I thinking to much into it ? Please help...
