For those of you that have had an eptopic pregnancy was your first af afterwards more painful? I have no idea when I should expect mine but just curious. I'm about 5 weeks past the day I got the shot and some days feel bloated and tender.

Those are severe signs that you are bleeding internally! 
I had a ruptured ectopic at home December 2013 started with deep pain one side and I didn't think anything of it. By time I got to hospital I had shoulder tip pain and couldn't hold my head up I was so dizzy at that point I was rushed into theatre and had my tune removed, I lost 5 litres of blood, had hypovolemic shock, blood poisoning and was very poorly I just about made it and spent time in intensive care. Please if you haven't already.go to A&E!!

My first sign was severe pain under my ovary area. It shot through to my back and down my right leg. I went to the ER but they thought it was my appendix bc I was so early in my pregnancy.  After getting my hcg checked over the week my numbers weren't doubling. Have you had an eptopic pregnancy before?

If you are concerned go in and get an ultrasound to make sure baby is in the right place
