Sex hurts...PLZ HELP

I have had sex 4 times untill now .the first time ,I was expecting my hymen to brake but it didn't and I didn't see any blood but it hurt like hell( I am sure that I have a hymen because it was never teared when I was young), the second time was the same it hurt heaps and I only saw 2 dots of blood , and every time it's the same it hurts and there's 2 dots of blood , why is that . I've never enjoyed sex from the time I sarted and yes I do get wet 😒what can I do to prevent this !??(FYI : I don't use any lubrication Because they don't sell where I'm living , what can I use instead ) plz help...
