Advice

So I'm 37 weeks tomorrow and all day I've been having period like cramping in my lower back and for the last few days I've had a clear water like discharge with a slight sweet like smell. I have a doctors appointment friday but live 45 minutes away from the hospital should I wait it out until friday or head to labor and delivery to see what's going on.

I've felt my son move around several times today but I've noticed his movements have been slightly decreasing.
