I'm sorry if this is a stupid question but apprently your suppose to pull the foreskin back? But like how do you do that? Can someone explain a bit more thoroughly.

You don't -pull- the foreskin back, more like roll it back onto the shaft. Normally during sex it will retract on its own due to the erection, but in some men it may need a little help. But it's attached to the shaft so it depends on the man how far back it will go.  Generally speaking, best not to manually retract it unless you will be replacing it soon because the foreskin can get stuck in the retracted position. It is moveable exteriorally, but again, the level at which it will move and what is comfortable depends on the man.
