I am 39weeks 2 days, had my last doctors appointment today and was automatically scheduled to be induced Monday the 26 on my due date, i am not dilated or effaced at all. Requested to go past my due date to have my child come on her own and was told to "just pull the plug" and keep my inducement.... My child has also been measuring at 36 for the past 3 weeks, im told now it's too late to do a growth scan and is better to just deliver Monday. Does this seem odd to anybody else? Can I refuse a c section if i have a failed induction? I swear the doctors are only mindful of keeping their appointment book on track and im being treated like a number. What are my options?
