Broken blood vessels in my face?

I woke up with rough morning sickness this morning and apparently broke some blood vessels in my face lol. Has anyone else experienced this?

I get it every time I puke, it's always across my eyes, cheeks, forehead and sometimes neck. Takes a few days to go away and looks like my eyes are bruised
