Extreme sharp pain in right ovary 25 weeks

For the past 3 days ive have really really bad pain in my ovary. It hurts to move a certain way, it hurts to laugh and it hurts to sneeze. I thought it was round ligament pain but i dont think thats what it is. The baby kicks the spot where it hurts and it sends a sharp pain throughout my ovary. The other day i couldnt even walk because it hurt so bad. It lingers throughout the day and doesnt go away. What could this be?
