Help Needed! Fatal abnormality
My sister in law and I were pregnant around the same time. Unfortunately she has had to terminate the pregnancy due to a huge fatal foetal abnormality and so far my pregnancy has been okay and is continuing.
We're coming up to Christmas and we will be spending the day together. I'm wanting any ideas anyone has to make the day a little easier for her, I'm at a loss and don't want to promote any more hurt.
