7 weeks and 3 days

I'm 7 weeks and 3 days today. A few days ago I went into the ER for some lower pain they did and ultrasound and no heart beat but the doctor told me I should wait another week because I'm still early but I know everyone here at 6 weeks have already heard their babies heart beat and Last night I woke up to go to the bathroom and when I wiped myself clean I saw a pinkish color like light blood in the paper , I woke up today same wiped myself clean but nothing .. what could it be ? I'm worried.
