Style help

I have absolutely no sense of fashion. I'm very petite and I just don't know how to dress myself lol! I usually wear a plain t-shirt or long sleeve and yogo pants or jeans. Can anyone help me out so I could look more fashionable? Where should I shop? (I usually shop at Charlotte Russe but idk how to put a damn outfit together)
