Second Miscarriage... any advice??
I have recently had a second miscarriage. My first miscarriage happened when I was nearly 12 weeks, although the scan showed that the pregnancy probably stopped around 6 weeks.
The second time, we had early scans and, this time, the midwife was able to detect that the pregnancy had come to an end. There was no growth & no flicker to show a heart beat, even at 8 weeks.
My midwife said I should just try again. But I'm wondering whether I should push for tests, even a blood test, to see if there is anything obvious to rule out.
Has anyone else been through anything similar? Just wondering what your views might be? I feel a little lost at the min!!
