any advice for pressure to lose virginity

Sometimes I feel like I should've lost my virginity when I had the chance and at the same time I'm more happy I didn't.. any advice to those who feel pressure to lose their virginity? And also any advice on how to not feel uncomfortable around your friends when they talk about sex because sometimes you feel like you should be having it?
