PCOS--Dull pain for 4 days left ovary

So I'm a little nervous, I've been having a dull uncomfortable pulling sensation in my left ovary for about 3 days now. Today it's increasingly more uncomfortable and my back on the left side hurts a little bit. BD every other day week of 12/4 when I was supposedly ovulating (But didn't think I ovulated this month --see tests below) Took a pregnancy test yesterday, negative. AF is due 12/25, but worried because this doesn't feel like any cramps I've ever felt before....any insight ?
