What is it? Pinching feeling 7-8 DPO

So, today I am roughly 7-8 DPO, and felt this sort of pinch feeling on my right side, sort of like a little spasm or twingey feeling. It wasn't anything like my usual menstrual cramps, I've never experienced anything really like it. The feeling came and went relatively quickly. Thoughts? Is this implantation cramps? Something else?
