I have cramps all month long nearly every day. on my period they're so bad they make me puke from the amount of pain I'm in . On my period it hurts low but all month long it hurts higher. I tried birth control to help regulate and lighten them but I had extremely adverse reactions to any form I try. Most of the pain radiates from my lower left quadrant. Any one have any expirence with this?
