Will having holes in nipple from a piercing affect breast feeding?

When I was 17 I had my best friend pierce my nipples (bad idea 🙃)and for some reason, nearly 6 years later they are still open. I'm 23 weeks pregnant and recently started leaking colostrum and noticed how it's just oozing out of the holes. Will this affect breast feeding? I feel like the "flow" may be to much???

The only thing I noticed was in the beginning when my milk came in and he was still learning to nurse that it would come out too fast and he would almost choke so I'd have to take him off and then related him, but that was the only thing that I noticed

I had mine pierced at an 8g before I started nursing, the milk coming from the holes was kind of amusing but it didn't seem to interfere with breastfeeding at all. Congrats on the little one!

No, baby will have plenty of milk. Most mama feel like they have too much but your body will adjust to baby's needs
