Omg will labor ever happen!?

Well I'm 39 weeks but my doctor told me 3 weeks ago now that I'm actually out of space and baby is clear to show her lovely self. Well very frustrated as even with membrane sweeping I'm not progressing passed a 2. Contractions have actually stopped. I'm drinking raspberry leaf tea 3 times a day. I stay on my feet basically the whole time I'm awake and I've played with my own nipples for hours on end. Aaaaugh this child needs to get out!
