For bedrest momma that had babies in breach - did your baby go to the normal birthing position?

On bedrest since 26 weeks... tomorrow is week 27.  I had always wanted a vaginal birth, but my baby is in breach. If I can keep my baby in for another 9 weeks we may be able to go home together.
Did any of you have babies in breach that went to normal position closer to full term while on bedrest?
