twins?

Hi.. I'm ten weeks pregnant. My boobs have grown two cups sizes in just that short amount of time.. I have bad morning sickness.. and my stomach already looks like a watermelon... I've grown out of the maternity clothes I wore with my son when I was nine months... could this be twins? Also is it weird that I'm already leaking milk?

My son is 18 months old.. I've never shown during pregnancy this is my third pregnancy.. I've felt like there is a huge possibility the whole time with this pregnancy of two bc there's so many in both of our families...

How old is your son?  That could be why you are lactating already. You could just have more bloating with this pregnancy. I did IVF and had two embryos transferred and very high beta numbers.  Even with that we could not determine if we were having twins until our 7 week ultrasound when we saw the two sacs, fetal poles, and heart beats.

Symptoms can't really tell you if you're having twins or not. If you're having twins, you'll find out at your ultrasound.
