What's you're workout?
This is hard for me to put up. Always been self conscious but I need help.. I want to get "it works greens" because I have irregular bowels but for now $ activia yogurt will have to go, and apple cider vinegar. Please no judgement girls & help!

I'm trying to workout and the pictures are unfair since the first I had a tank & spanx, tonight just a bra & panties. Anyway some days it's hard because of my anemia, hypoglycemia... I'm a vegetarian so eating clean would just be cutting a few things out... How can I get my flat belly back & more all around toned??

I don't care about having abs just a flat belly again, and like I said more toned everywhere... Arms, legs and butt since mine has gone so downhill! 😩😂
