Boyfriend's Birthday: What to cook?

My boyfriend's birthday is in like 2 days. I want to make him a special dinner since he's turning 21 but I'm not sure what to cook. Need some help with ideas. I would greatly appreciate it.

Would use boneless chicken. And make sure to brown it good.

Well, personally, I know my BF would love fried fish and shrimp with a few different sides like mac n cheese, cole slaw and potato salad. Or a crab feast.
