fast heart rate- 160 resting
i've always had a fast heart rate, a few years ago and last year i saw what it was in class and both times it was over a hundred. then i took my resting heart rate when i woke up and it was over 80 all 3 days.
but right now i'm just sitting down, and i took it because it felt weird. it's 160. i told my mom and she says i'm fine. the only explanation i have for this is all night i've had this anxious feeling in my chest
