I cheated :(

I had been with my now ex boyfriend for a year and went to my good friends house for a party. My boyfriend knows this friend as well but was working late and chose not to come to the party. We had done this a few times so it was no big deal for me to go. But this time when I got there there were only two guys (my friend and his friend) they said we only have whiskey which I had never drank before. These guys got me so drunk and I ended up having drunken sex with my good friend (of 3 years) when we woke up we were both ashamed (he also had a gf) so we decided we would never do it again and never speak of it. However my ex and I broke up when I moved away to New Jersey for college. We got into a huge fight and I told him about my cheating.  He was crushed :( now its 3 years later and I still love him and miss him so much. I live down the road and haven't even seen him since the last night he dropped my stuff off in my driveway. We laid in the driveway on top of each other crying and even had sex again. His best friend still talks to me everyday and I feel like he is maybe keeping tabs on me. But I have only tried to message him once on Facebook and he hasn't even seen the message yet. Now I feel like I'm rambling but does anyone think it's possible for me to get him back??:(
