Do you ever experience periods of time where you're just never in the mood?

I can’t figure out why I havent been in the mood for sex lately. I already had a low libido…most times I’m not in the mood but I let foreplay happen until I get in the mood. Its making me feel bad because I know my s/o wants it and he’s trying to be patient. I dont want him to think I dont like having sex with him. But I just been so exhausted and dont feel like going through the trouble of trying to get aroused/wet… He says he's not upset when I turn him down, but he likes sex (obviously),and that my low sex drive isnt a problem. But I dont want us to end up as that couple who has sex once a month :/
