what are you taking to help with indigestion?!

Give me some relief ladies! I'm going to talk to my doctor tomorrow also, but everything I eat is causing crazy acid and indigestion.

It gets pretty bad sometimes almost like it doesn't matter what I eat.. Right now I ate a few little french fries and already starting to regret it. :( About to go get me my bottle of tums and have me one or two. Lol

I have to go to meds for relief and that still doesn't completely take it away. I take Zantac and then if it's not helping and it's really bad I use my peppermint oil as well. Between the two I can get some relief, at least enough to not be totally miserable lol.

Gaviscon or other liquid anti acids are best for acid reflux in my opinion!

Try a teaspoon of baking soda to a warm 1/2 cup of water 💦 tastes funny but it helps
