It sucks. It royally sucks. All my kids and i bith have it bad. Ur fingers, when u have those little bubbles try putting a tinsy bit of hyrdo cortisone on it but then wrap them up tightly i find the discomfort on my fingers is well controlled if they r wrapped up tight. (Just not so tight thag ur fingers turn blue lol) try washing with plain soaps that r not scented....i regular old bar of dove will do wear gloves when doing dishes. Dont use scented lotions. Try a lubriderm or aquaphor or cetaphil....etc.

I see absolutely nothing on your finger. Put some anti itch cream on and call it a day

That is definitely eczema. I have that all over my fingers atm and I usually get it in the winter. Use doctor-prescribed hydrocortisone cream and it should clear up in no time.
