Red haired babies
Would you like to have a red haired baby? This sounds like an odd topic, but I'm curious.
I'm a ginger and would love a ginger. But in certain places people fear having a red haired baby, and really don't want that.Certain sperm banks don't allow red haired donors anymore because the demand is too low. (There are many reasons for this, including choosing a donor that matches you or your spouse, but dislike of red hair is part of the equation.)
There's still so much negative stereotyping and bullying that goes along with red hair. It's very much a cultural thing. "Kick a Ginger Day" in the UK, for example. Which is tomorrow, 1/20. Some people take this "holiday" seriously, unfortunately. Let's hope nobody is hurt. x
