Daycare Moms - What time is bedtime/wake up?
Hi mamas! Just trying to look at some schedules to see what works best! Our LO is an awesome sleeper but I don't know when to make bedtime so that I can get her up at 6:30 am to be changed and out the door by 7:10!
She usually is in bed between 9-10 before my leave ended but would feed at 4 or 6 then again at 8 ... should I be putting her down maybe at 8pm? She was pretty cranky the first day I woke up her to get ready and take her in like she didn't get enough sleep!
